Yes we are on the road again. We recommend that you buy your maps of central and south america before you go. Take a look at Amazon.com or South America Explorers Club (a wealth of information).
I apologize for the lack of writing lately, I have been sick with shingles and barely have the energy to ride. Hopefully I will soon be back to my daily journal. If you would like to make a donation to us we suggest that you buy multiple copies of our printed books or audio book and pass them along to your friends.

What Maps did you use for the early portion of your trip through Central/South America?

Can you get adequate maps directly off the internet or do you carry maps/touring books with you?
